Team & roles
Invite your team from Team in the dashboard. Each plan includes a set number of seats (2 on Lite, 5 on Pro, 15 on Enterprise), and every member has a role that controls what they can do.
Roles
- Owner — full access, including billing. There is one owner per business.
- Admin — everything except billing: knowledge, connectors, settings, automation, team and the inbox.
- Agent — the support role. Agents get the inbox, live visitors, customers, tickets and read-only analytics — but not settings, knowledge, connectors or billing. These limits are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
Inviting a member
- Open Team and enter the person's email and role.
- Send the invite — they get a link to join your business.
- They set a password and land straight in the dashboard with their role's access.
Availability & routing
Each member sets their own status — Online, Away or Offline — from the top bar. When a visitor asks to talk to a person, Torbie routes to a human only if someone is genuinely online (status Online with a recent heartbeat). If nobody's available, the AI keeps helping 24/7 and captures the lead.
Human takeover
From the live inbox, any agent can take over a conversation from the AI with one click — the visitor keeps the same thread and sees your agent's name. Hand back to the AI when you're done.
